Customers must maintain active insurance on the vehicle during transport and provide proof of insurance before Summit DriveAway Services LLC accepts the vehicle. Summit DriveAway Services LLC maintains business liability coverage, including hired and non-owned auto coverage, subject to the terms, limits, exclusions, and conditions of the applicable policy. Insurance requirements and responsibilities will be explained in the transport agreement before service begins.
